Yoga Nidra is a highly effective meditative technique that can help you relax your mind and body. It was first developed by Swami Satyananda of the Bihar School of Yoga. This simple yet deeply profound practice encourages you to turn your attention inwards and disconnect from the external world, thereby offering your senses a much-needed rest from the stresses of modern life. By training your mind to connect with peace effortlessly, Yoga Nidra enables you to release past impressions and future anxieties. The practice can retrain your nervous system and create new neural pathways, which can support your parasympathetic nervous system and enhance deep restorative sleep. This can lead to improved overall health and wellbeing in many aspects of your life. Theobromine Cacao is one of the most nutritionally dense plant foods on the planet. For some it can be the ultimate nourishment for nervous system regulation, supporting you to come back to rest and digest, possibly helping your body balance blood sugar, pressure and hormone levels. This is a powerful liver detoxifying plant food helping the body dispose of toxins held within the body and possibly create a more anti-inflammatory environment for the body.
